Early-access terms
Clear expectations for a growing service.

Service
ArtistLoom provides hosted artist websites, configurable modules, website maintenance, and optional setup or design services. The price and billing schedule shown at checkout or in an accepted quote apply to the purchase.
Domains
Customers should register and own their domains. Connecting a domain may require the customer to update DNS records or authorize ArtistLoom to assist. Domain registration and renewal charges are separate unless a written quote says otherwise.
Payments and add-ons
Requests do not create a charge. When automatic checkout is available, Stripe processes the payment. A Permanent Unlock is a one-time module purchase for the active hosted website. Flex Access includes any activation fee shown at checkout plus an automatically renewing monthly charge. Site hosting and custom services may be billed separately.
Flex cancellation and restart
Flex Access may be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid billing period. When that period ends, the module is hidden rather than erased. Its saved content remains available for restoration while the underlying ArtistLoom website account and hosting remain active. Restarting Flex restores access; purchasing the Permanent Unlock stops the related Flex renewal. Cancellation does not normally refund the current paid period unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.
Customer content
Customers retain ownership of the music, writing, artwork, photographs, logos, and other material they provide. The customer confirms that they have permission to publish that material and grants ArtistLoom permission to host and display it for the website service.
Outside services
ArtistLoom may embed or link to services such as YouTube, Spotify, merchandise providers, mailing services, and payment services. Those services operate under their own terms and may change independently.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use ArtistLoom for unlawful activity, malware, deceptive impersonation, infringement, harassment, or material they do not have the right to publish.
Availability and support
ArtistLoom will use reasonable efforts to keep hosted websites available, secure, and backed up. No internet service can promise uninterrupted availability. Support scope and response expectations are described in the customer's plan or quote.
Hosting cancellation and restart
Monthly hosting may be canceled at any time. Hosting remains active through the paid billing period and the website is suspended when that period ends. ArtistLoom preserves saved website content so hosting can be restarted later. Canceling a module does not cancel the underlying hosted website. Content export, deletion, or transfer assistance may require a separate request. Customer-owned domains remain the customer's property.
No performance guarantee
A website can support an artist's work, but ArtistLoom does not guarantee streams, sales, bookings, press coverage, audience growth, or search-engine rankings.
