Just a regular dad who started paying attention.
IowaDad grew out of everyday life: long workdays, raising a family, trying to keep an ADHD brain pointed in one direction, and noticing the little things most of us walk past.
Sometimes that means an Iowa sunset. Sometimes it means a squirrel carrying off lunch like it pays the mortgage. The point is to laugh when we can, remember what matters, and make ordinary life feel a little less ordinary.
